OpenHRIS will have a modular structure such that each module will be fully functional independently but every module will also be integrated whenever desired.
Modular Structure
The OpenHRIS modules will stand on the Basic Registry Module, which will keep basic registry information related with personnel and orgnizational structure. The information will be limited with the requirements of 1st tier modules.
1st Tier Modules
Strategic Management Module: Tracking company wide key performance indicators, forming short term initiatives, prepering annual plan and breaking the annual plan into departmental targets.
Target Deployment Module: Deploying company and department targets down to all individuals within the organization.
Competency Management Module: Evaluating basic, tehnical and behavioral competencies of employess
Advanced Registry Module: Managing many detailed employee related information such as educational background, previous experience, emergency contacts, accident records..etc; managing advanced organizational issues such as organizational communication system, job descriptions…etc
